As of December 2002, there are New Guidelines for State Officers including:
  1. President-Elect must have three (3) years service on the state level, either three (3) years elected OR two (2) years elected and one (1) year as a state committee chairman.
  2. Vice President and Secretary must have two (2) years elected service on the state level OR one (1) year elected and one (1) year as a state committee chairman.
